Welcome to the beginning of your decorative concrete flooring project! Here, we will introduce you to and walk you through our simple process to help you choose the right concrete floor system for your needs!! There are three basic things to discuss and decide on before moving forward in the process!

3. Project Budget and Estimating
•Let’s start with CURRENT FLOOR CONDITIONS! This is extremely important, so we know where we’re starting from (at your property) and what direction we will need to go in to make your ideal concrete floor happen. The first thing to understand is that NOT ALL CONCRETE IS THE SAME! Therefore, your concrete slab possesses its own set of unique characteristics due to the mix design and the era in which it was poured. Keep in mind also, a concrete slabs smooth consistent finish is also only as good as the concrete finishers who installed it (certain concrete floor systems highly depend on this - ie; cream polish, stained concrete, sealed concrete). We will walk you through this process accurately to avoid costly mistakes and also ensure the best possible direction and choice is being made for your floors.
•Next is the “LOOK” you’re wanting...
With much to choose from, this helps us get an idea of what type of floor you’re going for. We always want to start with a few INSPIRATIONAL PHOTOS to get us going! It helps us avoid rabbit trails and saves us both valuable time. With almost 20 years of experience installing and working with so many people, we will streamline the best options suitable for you.

this gives us parameters and boundaries to work within. We are committed to giving you the best solution possible given all things combined. Due to the nature of our work, we offer many alternative systems to help meet the needs and demands of many. We have all kinds of price ranges based on real costs associated with time, location, degree of difficulty, and the costs of doing business today.

Pricing subject to change based on the size (SqFt) of the project, prep methods needed, repairs, location, degree of difficulty, times when work is performed (nights & weekends), process, specific product selection or specifications, etc.
*Jobs are priced by the sft, typically, when the footage is 1000 SqFt or better
